The Bud Schrader Community Fund is a special fund managed by TRUE-BIZ ASL, which pays for interpreters for events not covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other legislation. Francis “Bud” Schrader was a beloved member of the Deaf community who resided in Florida and also worked as a Certified Deaf Interpreter for the TRUE-BIZ ASL team until he unexpectedly passed away.

The fund covers interpreter costs for events such as weddings, funerals, family reunions and family parties. Monies are generated from private donations and fundraising events. Since TRUE-BIZ ASL is based in Florida, this fund is available for Deaf Floridians only at this time.
